“Justice delayed is justice denied”, this is the basic assumption of civil society. So, justice should be accurate and fast and should also appear to be done. This is what makes citizens believe in a system. But the current state of justice delivery system in India is very sorry. A staggering 43.90 million cases are pending in all courts in India. Thus reforms are being cried. One solution being given is digitization of courts. But it has its own challenges.

Intro can be better. You could have started with judicial pendency in first place. All dimensions of question has not been identified well. You need to quote components of digitization of judiciary then what were the set backs and then solutions. Way forward can be better. Keep practicing.
