The term ‘labour’ means productive work especially physical work done for wages. The owner of labour is mostly called an employee and the wage provider is called the employer. This relationship is regulated by certain laws called labor laws. Labour law also known as employment law is the body of laws, administrative rulings, and precedents which address the legal rights of, and restrictions on, working people and their organizations.
