Cyclones are basically high speed winds which swirl around a center due to Coriolis forces. Historically, Bay of Bengal is attached with ferocious storms, but in recent years cyclones in Arabian Sea have also increased. This has come as an additional burden to National Disaster management which is already overburdened with myriads of problems. This is also the most explicit example of climate change which is needed to be addressed by the world as whole.
